Thunderbrew is a band we've been following for the past couple years, and they are awesome! Their past two albums "Red, White & Brew" & "Hells Too Full" are in heavy rotation in our iPods. This latest disc is their best yet!! Legendary producer Beau Hill and Candlebox's lead singer Kevin Martin lended some of their producing skills and this album is polished. Kind of like when Metallica released the "Black Album". From the first note of the title track Misery to the last note of Mr. Greed; Misery is packed with duel sreaming lead guitar (one can imagine Zakk Wylde & Dimebag Darrel in the same band), punching rhyhms & lots of beer. For us, Ace to Ashes is the stand out track in a pack of nine keg crushing beer metal anthems. If you like Black Label Society, Pantera or heck Lynyrd Skynyrd; you are going to love Thunderbrew. Buy this record! Then go download the other two. Crank 'em up with a few kegs & some close friends and say hello to BEER METAL. To Skeeter, Lasko, Cecil & Bob, WELL DONE! We love you guys and look forward to seeing y'all live soon. Cheers - Ed & Karen Savoy
