    I've been enjoying these guided meditations with Dr. Neale. The practice of mindfulness is a basic aspect of Buddhism that is not always the easiest to put into practice with our hectic lives. These meditations have allowed me to return to the present moment with more frequency and with more attention. Being with the breath, developing compassion and being mindful are some of the many benefits I've experienced from meditating with Dr. Neale.

    I like meditation and I notice that If you keep doing this, eventually thoughts will weaken, your concentration will become stronger and you will have moments of deep mental calm and inner peace. This is very useful practice, This is a lovely album.
