Where I Belong

While Levi's theatre talents are earning praise, and a Tony for his portrayal of Jerry Lee Lewis in Million Dollar Quartet, his own songwriting / performing are an even greater talent. One Of The Ones is the single most collection that I've ever listened to that kept me hooked from beginning to end. It was an awesome introduction to this "undiscovered" talent. Where I Belong is Levi at his best. "Nothing At All" is one of the sexiest yet most tender songs...and "No Apologies" is a stand-out track for both the performer and the man, who have been dismissed by "the church" and the recording industry. The music....the man....the do-it-myself-my-way-and-not-sell-my-soul pursuit of his craft...all rolls into a knockout punch that you'll feel for quite some time.

A great singer song writer. Has a broad appeal. Great spirituality in all of his music. He writes with a purpose.

While the Gospel According to Levi was more angry, and Bygones was more sad, this group of songs is powerful, uplifting and beautiful. Levi Kreis has released his best CD to date. The song is devoid of more pop friendly songs like Maybe We're Okay, and instead he has gone full southern revival. Totally amazing stuff.

Not only is this my favorite since his first album, but this one is shows what a superstar he really is. Every track (and I mean every) tells a story, has a melody you will be singing all day, and will instantly make people say "who is this?" when you play it out loud. Levi occupies 10 of my ipod's "25 Most Played" playlist. Billy and Elton, watch out.

Levi's music is excellent. This is a great new album. Everytime, Gonna Be Alright and Stained Glass Window are a must.

Levi Kreis is a fast rising talent in the new age of soul music. He is one of the few young artists that you can actually feel his music come from within him. He is pure energy. Since he first appeared as a "project" on The Apprentice, his trajectory keeps rising. Whether he is singing about his religious ubringing or channeling Jerry Lee Lewis you can feel the artistry. Not only is Levi a great young talent but he is acessable. He uses the internet, i.e. Facebook, Myspace, and Twitter, to his advantage. He is very personable. Check out all of his music. You won't be disappointed.

This album is incredible...Levi's delivery, songwriting and voice combine as a package that can not be matched. I hadthe privilege of seeing Levi perform live once and he just blew me out of the water. He had everyone out of their seats...a true showman and a true talent. Congratulations on the amazing career as an independent artist and being yourself! Also, love the feature in Instinct Magazine!!! Much deserved and you are only moving up...sky is the limit!!

Levi Kreis is just plain ole good! His 3rd studio cd totally shows the range and depth of an amazing performer and talent - this is a cd full of great catchy songs and memorable tunes and lyrics. At this same time - this cd is full of songs with great heartfelt lyrics and messages. Levi performs them all - giving 110% and showcasing what an amazing talent he is...this is the cd that will push Levi to that next level...........highly recommend this one for your collection!
