This album is like an beneficent infection, so catchy and fun. I love it. Im starting to love everything that Dan Boeckner does. Wolf Parade, Divine fits, but this is one of the best. If you like this try out Wolf Parade's Apologies to the Queen Mary. This is not one of those albums where I only buy a few tracks, it is great all the way through.
- so much talent, so much good music...

Another great piece of work from the Wolf Parade family tree.
This album is more upbeat and rocking than the Furs first release. Both are good. Definitely worth picking up.
- NOT plagiarized

@Michael Akey, do your research before you scathe somebody's credibility. Handsome Furs released this album later than anticipated specifically so they could receive permission from New Order to reference that song that you mention. The connection was intended, noted, and taken care of properly.

Very commanding, the first song they played while working security at their show in Chicago last night completely put me in a trance! AMAZING!!!! Have a new favorite and my ipod is exciting again! Can't wait to workout to them!

The song All We Want, Baby, Is Everything is a complete and total rip off of New Order's song Temptation. Listen to it yourself. They even copy the lyrics!
I love Wolf Parade, but this song, while great, is almost exactly the same song. Id watch out for pending litigation if I were them...

This sounds exactly like Wolf Parade.
- A step in the right direction.

This album is a step away from the gloom of Plague Park, and toward the rock side of the musical spectrum. Still the same stressed vocals, synth hooks, and electro-drum beat driven combination you love, just in a much harder package.
- Nice sophomore album

The good news? Handsome Furs avoided a sophomore slump. The bad news? I need something new to look forward to now. Dan and Alexei definately delivered on this album. Its catchy and thought provoking, with hooks like no other. I was a big wolf parade fan and then when out of that wonderful band sprouted handsome furs, swan lake and sunset rubdown i loved those too, and this cd definitely doesn't disappoint, i'd even say its better then plague park, but maybe it will take a few more listens before i bestow upon it that title for good.
