A Call to the Martyrs

This was a great start to Mortal Treason.. Khampa Nomads was very intense and interesting. But it can get boring if you don't have a good attention span. A Call to The Martyrs was a good song, I love the part where Seth says "Hail Jesus" and crap. Acoustic is a great break from all the intense screaming, a very great song. I love you guys!

Listening through this album again reaffirmed how unique Mortal Treason truly were. This album brought their heaviness to the genre in a way that I haven't seen matched before or since. The lyrics will pierce your soul and bring worth worship while taking you on a collision course with the continuous low tuned bass riffs and double bass brutality. I recommend this album to anyone whether you are into metal/hardcore or nothing heavy at all, I was making the transition when I first heard Mortal Treason and they simply pushed me over the edge. If you enjoy A Call to Martyrs, do yourself a favor and check out Sunrise Over A Sea of Blood.
