This is honestly his best album he's ever done. He really put a lot of work into, he may not have been big as Justin Timberlake but Pop Rock was definitely made for him

I bought this actual cd when it came out...I remember some of these songs were previewed on Aaron Carter's album. I've always had love for BSB and AC

I don't know how some people get so critical! Either you like his voice/style or it's not your thing. I personally love it and think it was a great solo album!! It's classic Nick, which is awesome. I've been a loyal BSB fan for 15 years now; highly recommended if you like BSB and/or Nick's voice!! :))
  • Great Album With a Wrong Era Release

I'm going to be strait-forward and say that I think this album is a great, paunchy, face paced pop-rock album with a lot to offer. It's got a song for everyone, and it's great to bust out on a road trip or camping. I bought this album when i was 10, and I still listen to it to this day. The problem I see with this album is that it resembles Disney Channel stars music at it's very absolute best. I believe the reason it did so poorly in sales was because of the fact that most people didn't want the cool mix of pop-rock Nick had to offer. They were still at the tail end of the boy band craze, holding on to singers and music acts like Dream Street and Aaron carter. This album is awesome, and deserves a fair listen!

I bought this cd when it first came out because I was a loyal BSB fan. I'm about 10 years older now and I still can't say anything bad about this solo effort. The BEST song on this album and probably his best attempt at a power ballad is " I got you". If you don't buy the entire album at least buy this one! The beat almost haunts u! Jive records should have released this as a single first.

I've always been a BSB fan, so when this came out, I had to get it. I mean, it was Nick Carter! However, I was pleasently surprised by the album. There are a couple songs on here that I don't care for, but many still get put on repeat, years later.
