Walking Off the Buzz

There were multiple instances while recently listening to this album where I thought of coarse the lead singer is /was Black. I am no singer, but the way in which he seamlessly switched back and forth between his falsetto voice and his main or front voice. That is stylistically the way black males sing or whites highly influenced by black singers. Look no further than white singers like Justin Timberlake or Dave Matthews for examples of white singers who frequently switch from main voice to falsetto like black male singers have perfected for generations. Another dead giveaway that the lead singer was a black guy; obvious to me, shows its self in songs like “Stone Glass window” with his choice of harmonic notes when ever he sang the backing vocals to his lead vocals on the recording the choice of notes are not as bland that we would typically hear when a white person is responsible for choosing what notes are most complimentary to the lead vocal line.

i was also very shocked to see that the lead singer was black, but he has an amazing voice. I was at my boyfriends house the other night with some friends and my friend michael was watching the video for this song and he was like daaamnnn, this dudes black haa (: it was shocking

I can't believe I found Hey Leonardo (she likes me for me)! I was little when it came out so I obviously didn't know the name, then I found it and I was very pleased. I love this song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
