A live recording should bring something new to the music and should be expertly performed. This album only makes me nostalgic for the far more masterful studio versions. As I listen to this I only find myself asking "Why?" There is no real reason to listen to these versions over the originals. I love this band and have always loved this music -I just don't see this as an improvement.
