If you have not been to "church" in a while, get ready to be reminded of what you have been missing. If you have been to "church" lately, get ready for a round trip that is well worth the investment of your time and money. The only thing better than listening to this recording, is hearing Keith and Evelyn in person. I highly reccomend both.

We have come to believe that true praise has to be adorned heavily, that it requires light, reinforced sound and fury, . In doing so we have neglected the power that can be found in simplicity and the richness that can be found in emptiness - and we have missed what Elijah found whispering at the mouth of a cave... Keith and Evelyn return us to the glory and majesty that are to be found in the simplicity of the unadorned hymn. With little more than the beauty of the human voice, laid next to minimal instrumentation, we are reminded that God's presence is often found in quieter places, "beside the still waters..." No matter what you may have in your library make room for this, too; and become reacquainted with the glory of "the still small voice".
