Recently, I was skimming through an old Alternative Press (The one with 3OH!3 on the cover, which had their 2009 list of Bands You Need To Know) and stumbled upon these guys! Noticing that the article said that they sound like Motion City Soundtrack, I was naturely curious. So, I checked out this EP on their recommendation and fell in love with it! So, I bought this EP and borrowed Party For The Grown and Sexy from a friend, and now they are, in my opinion, one of the most talented group of individuals to hit the pop-punk scene since 3OH!3 or Fall Out Boy. This EP is definetly a looksee if you're looking for some really good and entertaining pop-punk music! BEST SONGS: Happy Birthday, I Can Get Back Up, Could It Be Sunstroke?

I waited a very long for more stuff from these guys, and it was worth the wait! YM&EWK are a very talented bunch of guys and are one of my top ten faves. I also recommend Party For the Grown and Sexy, that's a great album too.
  • It's only a four because I like the first EP A LITTLE better and...duh...it's FREE

However, don't let that stop you from supporting these guys and buying your favorite song :] First off, it MUST be stressed that You, Me, and Everyone We Know is the most promising and talented band in this genre. This is clearly exemplified by the fact that they've managed to come out with a second album that's not a total piece of over-produced crap or a turn in the wrong direction. The boys continue to amaze, albeit with a slightly more mature sound. However, this growth has not stunted the tongue-in-cheek songwriting that fans have grown to love (a perfect example would be the closer, "Happy Birthday"). The songs are able to stay upbeat and entertaining while still maintaining an deeper, more insightful tone. I must admit, I was a bit skeptical at first; songs like "A Symptom" go in a different direction than normal. But, thid has proven to be all for the better. "Sometimes We Have Too Much Fun" features a Motion City Soundtrack-esque production (can't imagine why XD), and the boys seem to poke fun at their own vocals by including the ever-amazing Max Bemis on the opening track. Overall, this is a great collection of well-crafted and wonderfully performed songs. I hope they keep up the good work! :]

just ruined one of my favorite movies by taking its name and vomiting all over it. I know that everytime I watch it from now on that all I'm going to hear are these terrible songs in my head. The only word that could possibly describe this band is insufferable.
  • Amazing.

This band is seriously amazing. I love their lyrics, especially to 'Happy Birthday'. It's so funny and something I wouldn't expect, but it's so good. I really think that you'll like this band if you like Take Cover, since they were touring with them late last year. I would definitely buy the whole album, but if you can only buy one song I would buy: 'I Can Get Back Up Now' or 'Happy Birthday'. They really are a great band.

its taken way longer than it shoul to put theese EPs on itunes. They're both great albums----i suggest buying them both.actually, you know, i lied. i suggest going to their myspace and downloading them where they have them posted FOR FREE.but just because they're free doesn't make them anything short of phenominal
