Relaxing Ocean Waves: Nature Sounds for Serene Meditation

The rhythmic sounds of the waves is just what I was looking for! I have had trouble falling asleep and staying asleep in the past. I eventually became used to falling asleep with the TV on but kept dreaming about commercial products! I heard that nature sounds are a great way to relax and fall asleep easier so I gave it a shot. Now instead of dreaming about cleaning supplies, its miles of sandy beaches and peaceful, longer nights.

This is a great recording of ocean sounds. Plenty of albums have the waves CRASHING around you so much it totally takes away from the serenity it should have. This is one true and pure recording. *****

These waves are great for getting me in the mood to slow down and relax.

I love Point Reyes, both the location and the song. I have to be away from CA a lot and when I am I MISS the ocean so much. Glad I found a suitable and beautiful substitute.
