Day[9] made me listen to it, but he certainly did not make me love them. Excellent sound.

I've been listening to this album for a little over a year and let me tell you....If you're having a get together with you friends for vino or beers and wanna throw some jams on that will make your friends ask, "Who is this, they are seriously awesome?!?" then is it. The eerily smooth vocals yet jazzy, hip hop, ethnic like background makes for an inviting and interesting listen. You will be hooked. Everytime you listen to it, you catch more lyrical and ambient intricies that you hadn't noticed the time prior!!!! Honestly and Secrets are my favs!!!

I would say this is great music to get high to, but the music itself makes you high.

I am a 29M living in San Diego by way of Sacto, CA. I've struggled since 17 with major illness from the worst anxiety to panic attacks and depression—to the point of Agoraphobia. Feels like a gun is held to my head if I try to leave my house. On the depression side, when I'm not anxious, I can't even leave my bed. Age 19 it was soon discovered I had an Anular Pancreas where the intestine is wrapped around my pancreas which leads to ER visits sincerely (pancreatitis and physical pain unnecessary) Within the past month, I have been treated for Anemia that because it won't leave, I probably am interally bleeding and I guess that means an operation... Still I'm one of the most positive people around. It's not like I'm broken. Softly Burning Lights gets shockingly more play than Late night Cinema for me. I wish I knew the singers name. She reminds me of my pre-illness teenage years. No one has done this for me in about nine years-even the greats! Im leaving the house again. Picking up ladies again—besides the blood, I'm almost myself again. Im a singer and songwriter who amazingly lost interest in music until I came across BSBD a few months ago. I bought LNCINEMA And SBLIGHTS DOES anyone know if the singer has her own records? Pleae Face Book me if so Richard Brenden Lozano Or thru Twitter: @AnemicMe (my pseudonym at age 15, when I had no idea what 'Anemic' meant. I mustve heard it on Nirvana's 'Penny Royal Tea'. For years i was ignorant Now i truly am ÆnemicMeComeTruë* Thank You* PS if you ever wanna see my stuff check out QIK.com/user/EternityWithinMe I switched to "Eternity" Peace & Love ËWiMË*

BSBD are truly one of the most talented artists in their genre, whatever genre that may be. The instrumentation is perfect on this one. Each song has so much feeling, with a pervasive out-of-this-world feeling...It will take you to another level. Its short and sweet. Yes Alexander has an intoxicatingly low-key voice that never overpowers or gets lost behind the beautiful sounds of BSBD, but rather it rides perfectly alongside them.
