When I bought the song Healing Rain, I thought it would be the full version. This version just repeats "Healing rain is falling down, healing rain is falling down. I'm not afraid, I'm not afraid" over and over and over! There are no verses.

'A New Hallelujah' is an absolutele favorite of mine. It is a very genuine album for those who believe in the love of the Lord. From the first song to the last one, Michael W. Smith gives us a work of art featuring the African Children's Choir, Coalo Zamorano, and Israel Houghton, to help create a true and beautiful masterpiece. How the demons must fear this leader of praise!

This is definetly Michael's music, because it's so touching. Wonderful worship music, and possible the best I've heard in a long time. What I would give to have been there! The Children's Choir adds a beautiful touch.

My babysitter, ‘Ay Phuttaphun‘s Hawaiian word is Hallelujah. This is Christian music?!?!?!?!?!?!? Please find some alive Hawaiian artists, like Keali‘i Reichel, and tell them to record the song “Hallelujah.” Really, I love all versions of “Hallelujah.” ‘Ay inoa ‘o Hawai‘i, aloha ‘Ī ka mele “Hallelujah.” I ka pu‘uwai ‘o Hawai‘i “Hallelujah.” HELE KŪ ‘OLE HAWAI‘I PU‘UWAI ‘O I KA MELE “HALLELUJAH”!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:D
  • Originals Good; Covers, Not So Much

The originals on this album are quite good and probably worth the price of the entire album. But the covers are absolutely horrible. Do we really need yet another version of Majesty or Mighty to Save? Playing those at a worship event is great, but please don't put them on an album. The P&W scene has gotten incredibly lazy. Someone writes a great song, then dozens of other artists, unwilling or unable to write their own originals, put "their" spin or interpretation on it.
