I'm 49 yrs old and have been listening to this album since I was 20. The old cassette tape wore out and so I ventured out to find it on CD and now downloading it on iTunes. If you like the Whispers; you gotta add this album to your library. Beautiful memories to wonderful music.

Every year we play this fabulous Christmas album while we trim the tree and always stop for a corny and romantic dance in front of the tree during "happy holidays to you" and I always cry when they say "thank you father!".

Happy Holidays to You is a wonderful Christmas album that so many have missed over the years. A couple of the songs definitely come from the 70's era. Funky Christmas and White Christmas might be a bit too disco for some, but the rest of the album is pure R&B/Jazz done very well. The standouts are the title track and A Very Special Holiday. Very Special Holiday, in fact, is one of the best non-traditional Christmas songs I have ever heard. If you're looking for a Christmas album that you probably have never heard before, give this one a listen. Great stuff!!
