Actually listen to the music. Look for the meaning. Most of you say you are RA fans but a lot of you don't even know what RA stands for or what motivates their lyrics. Stop just liking a song because it has a catchy chorus, listen to the meaning and the emotion that is woven into each song.

I bought "Revolutions per Minute" when it came out and loved it, and have listened to it very regularly since then. For some reason I never checked out any of their other music. So I'm a little late to this party, but I'm wearing this album out. Very energetic, but melodic. I like it a lot.

I personally believe it is the right of the fan to dislike something and you dont have to accept everything a particular group throws at you BUT i happen to enjoy all of rise against and their straight edge life (except Barnes) so i definately like this album

Not the best debut but it's Rise Against, which means everything they put out is amazing! Honestly there's maybe two songs I don't perticularly like but their still great. This whole album (99.99999999% of it) is just flat out epic...if you listen to the whole album through, I garentee you'll love it...or atleast like it. Definately reccomnend!!!

I started listening around the time Appeal to Reason came out and I loved it, then I bought this cd with my christmas money and it's amazing Rise Against cannot make a bad song it's just impossible

I didnt think it would be very good given it was a debut and without a big record label but i am impressed way more original then the new stuff. My favs:

2. Great Awakening
3. The unravelling
4. Everchanging
