This is my favorite album of all time. I could listen to it forever. Slowdive is not far behind but this is so good.

I like the distortion in the guitars but somehow the songs are too melodic or nice underneath a bit pop or something, and no variation.
  • One of the best albums of all time.

Give this a listen. This album is simply exceptional. There is not a song here that I don’t want to listen to!

I’m always on the hunt for classic albums to add to my music collection and Loveless by My Bloody Valentine is the album everyone raves about and I agree with the fawning reviews — this record is amazing! On a side note I must say I would’ve just purchased the cd to import into my iTunes library had I known Am@&!n had it in stock for $7.98...shame on you, Apple, for charging $11.99 when this classic record is cheaper everywhere else. *tsk tsk*

Serious question-is this album supposed to sound warped?

Blissful, joyous, noisey, and loud. Hands down, this is the greatest record I've ever heard, and I've been saying that ever since I discovered MBV.

First listened to this album upon its release in 1991 and have yet to hear anything better during the last 25 years. The best album I've ever heard.

There is no band in existence that is able to replicate what My Bloody Valentine has created. If you put a symphony of guitars and vocals in a blender (with a dash of drum kit) you would have the recipe for Loveless. I was blown away by it because it sounded like the future of music arrived 25 years ago. I think the fact that it has stood the test of time is what makes it a landmark of music
