Although there are only two tracks, they are the perfect length for a solid meditation or visualization. Also the twittering birds are a wonderful addition.

There is nothing distracting or abrubt in these tracks, they are just mellow and soothing. I have a difficult time relaxaing enough to sleep for long periods sometimes and this has been invaluable for me.

Water music is tricky, it can sound "canned" but this is just beautiful. I actually love taking a bath to this. Strange, maybe but I feel like I'm in the middle of the forest in a beautiful brook.
Definitely recommended relaxation music.
