Ut must be the Theta waves, but this has helped me so much. I use it when I have insomnia or whenever I need to relax or meditate. I do have prosperity, and that aspect is great as well. I highly recommend this. It will change your brain in a great way.

I have been listening every night before I go to sleep, she has you do some meditations that help you get over hurdles such as self worth that keep you from receiving the abundance, alongside with the wave frequencies for the theta state. I am seeing an increase in the flow of income coming in.
