These guys are very talented musicians and song writers in their own right. The bluegrass sound doesn't have to be pigeon holed with Monroe or Stanley. And good luck trying to keep up with late Guitarist Kirk Rundstrom ( RIP, thank you for your gift of inspiration, and hope you're ripping licks in heaven! )

The lead review doesn't get it. There is absolutely nothing in the way of a gimmick here outside of the Ford Fairlane gas tank bass played Jeffrey Eaton plays--possesed. This is a player's band. Not something you put on before your guests sit down to dinner. Put it on after a nice belt of whiskey or tequilla and you'll begin to see. They became the best live band you'll ever catch in a local bar or club because they're great at what they do. Listen to the crowd between songs. This is a religious experience for many, and you'll never quite capture it on any recording. Kirk Rumstrom died in February, 2007 but Wayne, Eric and Jeffrey are still touring (geez I sound like PR guy), and they still are incredible.
