This sounds like a really really bad knock-off of Girl Talk, the amazing mash-up master. Check out Girl Talk's albums "Night Ripper" and his latest "Feed the Animals." You can pay as much or as little as you want for the album on his website, so you may as well check it out. But heaps, heaps, HEAPS better than this.
