I love the feel of this album and was not disappointed by any of the songs. I meant to review this back when it came out, and now that I've been listening to it again, I remember how great it was.
  • Kinda sounds like a very experimental Green Day album

This is an awesome album and a great buy. But one thing... WHERE'S "HIGHWAY 1"??? That was one of my favorite tracks and it isn't included in the album and is nowhere to be found on iTunes. Please add it to the album so I can download it without being charged extra for it.

I love this album!!! I wish this was more known so Green Day could play some of these songs at their concerts as well! I can definitely hear a bluesy almost Beatles-ish influence on these songs.
  • Who says Green Day's not Punk??

Green Day though they lost their punk rock roots with American Idiot and 21st Century Breakdown, kicks back with the best display of punk I have ever seen from the late 2000s

The greatest lies are the ones we convince ourselves of. It's so sad to see a band name become a brand. With the brand come certain expectations that would not allow this record to be released as a new album. The commercialism of music seems to stunt the artists growth and makes them avoid creating new genres and instead they play songs they think we all want to hear. While appealing to the mass majority and losing touch with their own inner creativity. Your band is your own and nobody else's, make it sound however the hell you want. You shouldn't have to hide behind an alternate title just so you can feel free to express yourselves.

A lot reviewers are saying the album is lacking something or isn't as professional as some other Green Day albums. Well, what it lacks is perfection, and that's what makes it great. No autotune or voice corrections, it just classic rock and roll
