Now normally, I'm one of those guys that DETESTS LIVE ALBUMS,and thinks that they should be ABOLISHED, BUT in this case I think that after hearing this album, I'll make a DRAMATIC EXCEPTION. Long Live BloodBath, and one of the greatest voices in all of music, Mikael Akerfeldt!!! Click yes if you agree!!!
  • Bloodbath live up to their name!

This album is so brutal, I literally paused it after the first two songs just so my ears could recuperate! Akerfieldt's voice is so mind-blowingly powerful, and the same can be said for the rest of instruments. If you wished Opeth played harder music all of the time, Bloodbath is it! PS I don't recommend just one song because they are all phenomenal!

Bloodbath deliver pure Death Metal at it's best, and this was their first live show ever. The bonus DVD which plays the whole show is an awesome bonus. I listen to songs from this album eveyday. Cancer Of The Soul, Like Fire, Eaten, Brave New Hell, and pretty much every song is amazing. The only down side is the guitar aren't that clear sounding, but I still believe this is one of the best death metal albums this year.
  • Bloodbath! Gotta love it.

I think this album is great, sound quality isnt half bad considering its a open air festival. Plus you get to hear Mikael Akerfeldt take a crack at some of the songs Peter Tagtgren recorded for Bloodbath. If you like Bloodbath, its worth your money.
