Hardy is an artist who has been working hard behind the scenes with Shania Twain, Kenny Loggins, Rascal Flatts, Elton John, Steven Curtis Chapman, etc.. But at the root he is really a song writer. So like, Dan Penn and other phenomenal songwriters he finally put this record together and come out of the shadows. You can hear the nice turn of words, the simple hooks that draw you in - if you are in love, were in love or about to be in love - this record is for you. It's really listenable and enjoyable. "Sad Song" and "Girl, Girl, Girl" GREAT efforts.
