I used to listen to this when I was a teenager... I am so glad to have found it after all these years :) Just good, wholesome music. If you like folk music, you will love this!

This is the must for any Civil War enthusiast, I could not reccommend it higher. Bobby Horton's music gives you a real taste of the War on all fronts and in all styles, and for any Civil War muscian, no man puts his own touch in so brilliantly as Mr. Horton, whose music sounds as natural as if it was sung in the parlor or at camp. And while any of the Albums do this, Vol. #1 cannot be beat, and if you call yourself a Civil War Buff, you must buy it, and 9.99 is a bargain
  • Excellent! Best Civil War Music out there!

If you love the Civil and especially the music of that period, you must buy all of Bobby Horton's albums! Thank you iTunes for putting this up. Please please please add the rest of his albums (especially the two other Confederate ones). Thanks!
