Jaya's music is always a treat to experience. This latest album is nothing short of excellence. I do not always know the meaning of her chants but I am blissfully entertained none-the-less. If you are not familiar with Jaya's voice, this is an excellent album to become acquainted with. Then check out her previous release, and one of my personal favorites, Jewel of Hari.

I first heard Jaya's beautiful voice on the compilation album Buddha Lounge 5 and since then I've been hooked. Her voice is so sweet and soothing. I am happy to have found this latest release of hers. Now I am going to have to go back and check out all her previous releases too!
  • Thank You for another blissful album!

I couldn’t wait to get my hands on these songs! Her other two, Ocean of Mercy and Jewel of Hari are definitely a duo that have long been played in my home and I am grateful to have them. This is a heavenly addition to my Lakshmi collection. She is just so amazing! I've heard she is WONDERFUL live, hopefully one day I'll be able to experience that show.

Jaya Lakshmi has the voice an angel, she is so majestic. She often reminds me of Deva Premal; so meaningful and vibrant. This set of tunes is, I think, her finest work and I am in heaven listening. I often don't know what is being sung but she has a brilliant way of getting across peace and devotion so lovingly. My absolute favorite song is the fast version of Jai Ma~it has such a joyous and pure energy about it.
