Well let's make it 4. I can't believe no one has heard of these guys. The sound is colossal! The most brutal, pummelings blasts and riffs, with beautiful orchestration to make it all out POWERFUL. Check it out, you won't regret it!

No doubt this will remain my favorite album in its genre this year.
The combination of brutal, heavy riffs and encompassing moments of melody (both being used equally) is executed perfectly. It reminds me of the sound of Scar Symmetry, the playing ability of The Black Dahlia Murder, the brutality of Chimaira, and symphonic or "black" elements of Dimmu Borgir somehow mixed together. When it all adds up, it's something completely new.
I'd call it black metalcore.
