If you're a younger comedy fan interested in finding out more about Bob Newhart, this album is all you'll need. It has all of his best known routines, along with a bunch of great tracks from his later records. The best thing about Bob is that his material has not dated like so many of the other comics from his era-some of it (like Abe Lincoln) is even more relevant today. (I think this is why so many current comics still refer to him as a favorite.) Well worth the 12 bucks.

If you haven't been jaded by today's "humor", and want to hear one of the hardest working comedians (and man, it shows!) ever in the business, check out the :30 soundbites, then buy this album! I'm gonna buy the book, "I Really Shouldn't Being Doing This...", 'cause he narrates it himself. Where does he find the time to narrate his own book?!! Bob's the man! For your own benefit, you need to check him out. It'll do you good! GBU. Duke

With all the "modern" comic acts out today, this album stands up to them, and surpasses them for both originality and wit. Abe Lincoln vs Madison Avenue is a classic and deserves o be, but so is King Kong and Ben Franklin in analysis. You won't be sorry if you get the whole album. YEA BOB!
