I Know What You're Up To

I really do like almost all the songs that Willoughby has composed all on this record, with that awesome uniuqe sound it just makes it worth listening to, especially for me since I'm an artist, and when I draw its like going to another world, what great tunes to listen to, then willoughby?

But Willoughby come pretty close to the sound of the Beatles without sounding too much like a tribute band or wanna-be. As I said, the Arctic Monkeys already have it under wraps, and are a lot better than Willoughby, but that's not saying Willoughby aren't great. They do sound a lot like The Beatles, but that's a high compliment to Gus Seyffert, the man behind the band, who actually performs all the singing and instrumentals (except on Wonder obviously, when he has a guest singer). Their cover of Losing You is good, and has a unique enough sound to differ it from the original, but Story is by far their best song (if forced to choose one). People who will enjoy this album are the people who enjoy just laid back music, people who enjoy music for the sake of just being music, and people who want a break from the normal genre of alternative music-- and of course those who want a band to fill The Beatle's void while the Arctic Monkeys are working on their next CD.

This album is so mellow. It's like this generetions Beatles. I love it! So calming.

new to the band, but i can't take the album out of my cd player!

this album is excellent from start to finish. it takes you on a dreamy ride of past present and future. totally unique sound production which is a breath of fresh air from the over produced beat detected and pitch corrected digital world. but also just great beautiful songs that make you happy and sad at the same time.

This album is amazing! Every song is beautiful, thoughtful, and groovy. I love it.
