I just got back from seeing James Hall play solo in Charleston. Seven songs brought me back to the mid nineties. I purchased all that he had with him and came back to buy My Love, Sex and Spirit again. Sinister and heartwrenching. Simple words on a screen could not describe it. You have to listen. Thanks James.

James Hall is absolutely amazing live. The only way to fully appreciate him is to see him live. Every time I listen to these songs it takes me back 15 years to the first time I saw him play in this little dump of a place. There is so much passion and depth in his songs. So glad to see him on Itunes. I actually like him better solo then as the band "Pleasure Club".

A brilliant album!! I've been following James Hall since he was the frontman for Mary My Hope and his music over the years has gotten better and better! I definitely recommend any album by this man. An amazing voice and an amazing songwriter. A brilliant musician!
