I saw them on May 3rd, 2009, at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival. PHENOMENAL!!!! You won't ever forget the experience of seeing them live. Rance is a master at playing the audience, as if the audience were the largest instrument in the band. The interaction between the audience and The Rance Allen Group was amazing. The Group put on a stand-out performance. Go and savor the memories for years to come, and enjoy their songs in the meantime. There are many 5-star songs on this album, and I personally prefer the richness in these live recordings as compared to some of their studio recordings.
