Author "David Sloan" gave me a copy of this CD for my birthday...autograghed by Mr. Rush wishing me the best, as we almost share birthdays (his Feb 8th and mine Feb 9th), during his 06 trip to Key West. I love this music. This is real music, real song lyrics...REAL DEAL in a world of fakes "who phone it in" or write a catchy hook, repeat the same verse 3 times...and then watch it rise to the the top of the charts. This...Tom Rush, is what music is all about.

This album is a must for everyone. Tom is a very likeable and funny man with a great voice. His guitar playing is the frosting on the cake. I'm giving this album a solid "ten"! Bob D. Massachusetts

Tom Rush 's easy going delivery and original material make me laugh out loud everytime I listen.
  • L'il Tommy Rush, not from New Hampshire anymore - and funny!

Folk icon Tom Rush is still out there on the road. Years of livin' in the country (New Hampshire and Moose, Wyoming) has given him a store of new and hilarious material. This is a concert recording and Rush's stage banter (check out "New Hampshire Neighbors") is at least as entertaining as his take on the Austin Lounge Lizards' "Old Blevins" or his own boomer tribute "Remember?" Great stuff - and he can still sing, too!
