I first heard this album as a kid when my parents jammed out to it. I saw the film Billy Elliot years later, which featured tracks from this album, I bought the CD and jammed out. Years went by who knows what happened to that CD. I recently received an iPhone & started building my music collection from nothing since I haven't really used the whole MP3 thing much before. Anyway this was the first complete album I purchased and one of the only that I can listen to track by track front to back and love every song and can listen to repeatedly! T Rex your music is magical and it cast a spell on me!! <3

Electric Warrior is great. Upon first glance, the cover (with Marc standing in front of a large arsenal of amplification) makes you think that the music will be an attack on your senses. But the arrangements are tasteful and cool, with very catchy guitar licks. Hey Itunes: Where are The Slider and Tanx?

you either "get" it ... or you don't, if you don't "get" it the album is a killer party record ...provided your friends are comfortable in there own skin. However, if you do get this record ... it might very well fundamentall alter your life, like the first time you "got" what rock'n'roll was all about to begin with.
