Dave Stamey has got to be one of the best, if not the best "Western" music writers to come around in a long long time.A great poet and music man;he's a throwback to the times of Gene Autry,Bob Wills.or The Sons of the Pioneers. His songs are current but with the sounds of the Old West. They just don't make them like that anymore.

This is the best cowboy singer I have seen. He really knows how to turn a song. I liked "Spin that Pony" the most. Go see this guy and buy the album. Highly reccomended
