I love this album for what it is. Danzig era Misfits is different for sure, but that's ok for bands to evolve. I like both for different reasons....my favorite songs are scream and dust to dust. These Graves led guys remind me of bouncing souls or gorilla biscuit.... Old misfits remind me of Balzac, dead milkmen, or Meatmen much more raw. Both are needed in my life.

Just because Danzig is not here, don't be hesitant in buying this album, in all honesty Graves has a better voice, not saying it's more iconic or misfit like, it's just better, so give him a chance.

Love this album! This takes me back to my senior year in high school riding around in my boyfriend's 1971 Chevelle Super Sport. Good times! Graves does it the best

Just like Black Sabbath had the Ozzy era and the Dio era, (as well as an era with a forgotten lead singer), the Misfits have the Danzig era, the Graves era and The Jerry Only era. Each lineup was different from the others and should be judged on their own merits. From start to finish, this is a terrific album with catchy tunes and hooks. As per Misfits rule, each song on here is about movie monsters and aliens, some well known, some obscure. My favorites were Scream, Saturday Night and Helena, as well as Kong at the gates which samples the original 1933 film.
