  • What a debut!!!

Now this is what I call a fantastic opening album from a hard rocking band! This ranks up there with other debuts from groups like Moxy,Legsdiamond,Rush,Blackfoot,Y&T and the list continues! Best era of hard rock was the 70's! Lost in the 70's rock and roller forever...

I first heard this band in the 70s. and I like most of their albums. I wished I could get a hold of Narita. This was my album! and the song I will never forget is Hot for Love. What a song! My girlfriend also liked it! If you know what I mean! Great Songs! Great Band! And even greater memories! Thanks Road Lizard.

Fire down under was my all time fave. Good solid hard rock in an era where metal was in its infancy stage. Definitely a must have for the library. Rock city is very similar though but not quite as good as Fires down under. Still decent though

These guys were more passionate about their music then many other bands have ever been. They deserved alot more but I will always remember the good times.
  • Great Raw Riot-Signs of things to come!

Riot had the hooks in on this album, showing what was possible and how to polish it off their next release. The studio mixing was too generic, and didn't give the songs the edge they deserved, as these songs rocked when done live. That being said this is still a must have album that can be listen to over and over. Warrior, Overdrive and Tokyo Rose became instant classics in the British HM scene. Too bad this band never got the commercial success they truly deserved. ROCK ON RIOT!
  • A True Masterpiece, Without a Doubt!

Without a doubt, the most underrated band in history. Growing up with these guys in Brooklyn in the mid 70’s was a riot. Between the Block parties and the “Rock Palace” we couldn’t get enough of their Heavy Metal sound. Truly the pioneers of what Metal were soon to be. If you’re into Heavy Metal, buy this Album!! It is the precursor of all that is Metal.
