This is an excellent album that I can't recommend enough to anyone who like honky tonk country. It's refreshing to see a fresh face making such good music today. I wish pop country would take notice.

I'm a big fan of Texas-style honkeytonk music, and ita a shame that Sean Reefer & the Resin Valley Boys released only this album. iTunes turned me on to it, pairing it with Wayne Hancock (another fine Texas honkeytonker.) This album has been great for many laughs (cough cough) since then, but these guys are artists first and tokers later. Ernie Biller plays the steel guitar with the best of them, and musically, this album is well worth the attention of fans of Hank III, Wayne Hancock, and Jon Rauhouse. Even though this album is all about THC (yeah, Texas Hill Country...that's it), its one of my all-time favorites.
