First REO album I owned.. Nearly wore it out (and tested the speakers) playing this album often and loud.
  • Worth it just for Roll with the Changes

The one album that I bought in both LP and CD. Roll with the changes is that song you would grab a broom or cheap guitar and pretend you was there. This before air guitar was even invented! It's one of those songs that 35 years later you still do it even if someone is watching. Great Stufc

"Time For Me To Fly" isn't too bad at all for a mellower tune, but "Roll With The Changes" is definately in my top ten favorite songs list. It's just so well delivered from the writing to everyone involved, and I guess even the production. Though I'm sure there was some engineer (anybody know?) involved, it mentions Kevin Cronin and Keith Richrath as producers, so kuddos to "who ever" was helpful with the final mixing those 2 bigger hits off of the "Tuna Fish" album. "Roll With The Changes" no doubt has that timeless thing going on that I love.

I have been a long time fan or REO. This album has two big hits: Roll with the Changes and Time for me to Fly... The mix for Roll with the Changes seems fairly true to the original vinyl record. However, the way I remember "Time for me to Fly" is that when the electric guitars come in (about 56 seconds into the song) they come in BIG, and the acoustic guitar drops to the background... This particular download from iTunes does the complete opposite, it has very "weak" electric guitars, and a prominent acoustic guitar track... Anyone know what is going on here? I don't remember reading that the album was remixed...
