My mom used to listen to this album all the time when she was doing housework and washing dishes. Being just a kid I would sit at the kitchen table or follow her around as she worked. I always liked Marty Robbins even though I was born in the twilight of his career. His musicians on his songs are top notch. Very talented and it shows on the old recordings. His cowboy songs are best in my opinion, but the old honky tonk style songs are great too. Just depends on how old school you like to go. Show some love for the old stuff and check out some of his songs.
