Just discovered these guys on Pandora. Lucky me. At first they sound like some of the best early country rock groups in the bay area, but the sound is complex, modern, and joyful. Look forward to a live performance sometime. Give a listen.
- love this album

I live in Boulder and went to this show on May 19, 2006 at the legendary Fox Theater. This was before I was a big Tea Leaf Green fan and before I knew much about the band. I went into the show with little expectation and left amazed! Seeing them live this one time turned me into a huge TLG fan. As a result, they are now one of my favorite bands. They have amazing energy and undeniable chemistry together while they perform. They never slowed down during the entire show kept the jams tight and rockin' with energy until the very last minute. When they turned the lights on in the theater everyone was sweating and exausted from dancing so hard and for so long. It remains to this day one of the best shows I have ever been to. If you are a fan of jam bands at all this is a worthwhile buy!

Out of the modern Jam Bands, Tea Leaf Green is one of the best, only in competition with The String Cheese Incident, Keller Williams, Moe., and Umphrey's McGee (Not to say that some of the other modern Jam Bands are not good like The Disco Biscuits, but these bands truely possess a feel of old Jam Bands). Obviously, every Jam Band is measured by their Live Performances, which Tea Leaf Green handles smoothly. This is already one of my favorite Live Albums behind Europe '72 (The Grateful Dead), Yessongs (Yes), and Live At The BB King Blues Club (The Yardbirds). I suggest all those albums as well if you enjoy this album. I've owned this for a few weeks now and have listened probably a half dozen times and it is still wonderful. The drumming is great, really taking you on an adventure. The guitar sets the mood and there are some great solos. The lyrics are great and they could not be sung better then on this album. The keyboard ties everything together creating an unbelievable Live album and likely the best Live album of the 21st century. Enjoy.
- Good stuff, better live

Absolutely awesome representation/introduction to this band--this band is going places, and is going there fast.
Personal Highlights include: Jezebel (check the energy, wow!), Faced With Love, and the always ridiculous Franz Hanzerbeak.
Give 'em a listen, I promise you won't be dissapointed.
- Good Stuff

This live soundboard quality show is a full, crisp sound and all instruments interweave in their jamming expertise. Especially notable is Ben on bass, thumping many funky basslines. Scotty Rager on drums... Excellent drum solos and solid beat. Josh is all cumulative guitar greatness reincarnated and Trevor belts out vocals in knee dropping style while adding the keyboards to a unique sound that only these boys can present. The energy of the show fills the room! I highly recommend this album and go to their next show for more! Willsey and Hoody- on behalf of VA Leafers and the Tea Patrol. Plate Face Lives.
- Lights it up as TLG can do so Well.

A great show with good quality recording. I already have the "Live at the Independent" which also is a great show, however this one takes the cake.- I can't wait to see these guys again next time they come home to SF!
