Another great album to add to the AILD discography. Sad to see this line-up crumble the way it did. Especially losing Phil. We all know Tim is a main songwriter but Phil has been a crucial part of the AILD sound for 20 years. Hoping if Tim continues with new members it doesn’t sound like something completely different
- One of the best albums made!

The cave we fear to enter is easily the best song on this album imo! Outside of that song most of the are really good straight up top tier! Find a new band soon Tim and show them the way!
- Not really AILD…but it’s decent…

The loss of Jordan, Josh and Nick really shows on here; it’s just not the same. It isn’t bad by any means, but it doesn’t sound like them at all anymore. I do like the intensity on this one though, it’s quite nice. Alex Terrible and Tom Barber really spew their lava on We Are the Dead. Ryan Neff was the perfect guy to replace Josh, his voice has a similar range; too bad we’ll never know what this lineup could’ve gone on to do thanks to the mass exodus that took Phil AND their touring manager with them. As it stands, this should be AILD’s last album, it can’t go on much longer, not with Tim being so screwed up. I hope he can get the help he needs, just not with AILD. But that’s for a non-review discussion. Like I said, the album’s alright, just not really AILD, and if you expect it to be that or more you’ll be disappointed. If you go in without such notions, it’s a decent album.
- Great album!

It’s not easy to take an entirely new line-up and make it work. It’s unfortunate he gets to do it again, since he isn’t a great person, but that’s not what this is for. I know I can always expect great music, but I hope he works on himself and people may stay…
- Production is so robotic

Almost sounds like AI, songwriting is good, but I hate how the production of modern metal core is becoming so robotic and sterile
- Not bad

Pretty solid album. Regardless it just don’t sound like the AILD I grew up on. Even on the last album Tim’s vocals just don’t sound the same. His screams were amazing on The Powerless Rise and Awakened. His vocals honestly sound mid on this like like he is trying to hard to keep a death metal growl the whole time and it sounds muffled or something. Should’ve have just changed the name of the band at this point. But overall I like the music, it just sounds like don’t sound like AILD to me. That’s just my opinion 🤷♂️
- Drama

Despite the drama, there are some amazing songs on this record. Others are passable. Honestly, AILD (if it continues) AKA Tim, needs to write and produce music that distance itself from past hurts and indiscretions. Not sure how to do this. It seems Tim has paid his time but his music and career are now solely marked by his mistakes. Idk, maybe end AILD and continue with the other band Born Through Fire I think.
- Fantastic album!
