This album has to do many things at once: introduce Sydnie to the world, satisfy the fans she earned on BGT, demonstrate her range as a performer, honor the tracks she’s covering, and end with a mini-Christmas album. That’s a lot! And she and her team have managed it all exceptionally well. It’s a great first effort. Now the challenge is seeing and hearing what kind of pop star she’ll be with songs she’s written or songs written for her. If the care and attention to detail of this first album is any indication I’d say they’re up for the challenge. Let’s ave it!

I’m so thankful I stumbled upon Sydnie’s golden buzzer Britain’s Got Talent audition on YouTube one night. It was stunning. Then I saw her sing ‘My Way’ in the semi-finals and it literally made me cry. I honestly think Frank Sinatra smiles from above whenever she sings his famous tune. Sydnie has a voice that’s right up there with Whitney, Adele and Celine, although she has her own unique style. This album is such a great collection of her wonderful talent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
