I heard the song pillar of salt on a video game I played and I instantly loved it. I'm more of the alternative style of music fan and this is defiantly some I jammed to getting ready in the morning. And yes I know I'm about ten years late but there is something to the tune of the Thermals music that really makes you feel good.

It sounds like the soundtrack to "Scott Pilgrim VS The World" that sort of grungy-punk sound that is dirty and yet so clean... Beautiful!

I can't find this CD so I'm buying it on ITunes. There's only a handful of albums I'd do this for. Do yourself a favor and buy it. Every friend I played it for loved it.

..without all the crappy religious lyrics. Write about ex-girlfriends and getting into fights or starting a riot, you're a punk band not a terrible Christian one. Keep your beliefs to yourself.

The Thermals are... For lack of a better phrase, subtly astounding. The music the play almost seems like a simple and easy beat, but you can always find hidden quirks in each instrument being played that adds to the overall sound. Great band. Also , very awesome live in concert!
