Lowborn EP

My favorite Wolves at the gate Christmas metal song that I listen to every day is Lowborn. I like it about ninety percent and the rest is good about 85 percent. I love the Christian metalcore band Wolves at the gate.

“Dark Cold Night” and “Lowborn” are incredible songs, they go together so well. Dark cold night is from the perspective of what Israel and the Prophets must have been feeling during the 400 year period between the final prophecy of the messiah and the first fulfillment of it when Jesus was born. How dark, hopeless, and despairing it must’ve seemed. Lowborn tells the story of the birth of Jesus; the human arrival of God Himself. The story of a lowborn baby who was born to redeem sinners through His eventual death on the cross. Incredible songs all around, they did a great job!

Excellent. These guys can put out nothing bad.
