I used to see these guys in the early 90s in Sante Fe and Madrid. They are absoutlely incredible live and there music is hypnotic.

I remember when they were busking outside of Evangelo's in Santa Fe back in the early 90's - watched them grow from open mic nights to steady gigs at El Farol, then on to the road.
So glad they're back together making music again - check them out! Even if it's not what you're used to listening to, their mix of bluegrass, blues, storytelling, jam, and all-around brilliant musicality will win you over the more you listen!

They remond me of, well, The Band, in the way that they incorporate classic Americana sounds and update them to make music that's all their own. I love this band! Old and Newer stuff. It all takes me back to the West. Closing my eyes I remember the dirt roads thru the desert and canyons! Can't wait to get back out there and see them live again.
