Love his voice but the electric guitar and techno beat doesn't do him justice. He sounds better in a raw simple form like when he performed on American Idol.

Definitely my favorite melody, eclectic, techno, some calm highlights and the voice really surprised me. Kudos Alejandro!

Scarypoolparty is such a thoughtful, authentic and creative person and this EP reflects that. These songs carry deep messages that can be missed if you don't pay attention to the lyrics. Each song showcases his impressive songwriting and interest in all kinds of genres. He's said he loves music from deathcore to classical to acoustic to pop to jazz, etc. and his music reflects that. From the trap hop Universe that incorporates a crazy piano arpeggio (and an awesome collab with nothing,nowhere) to Overdone that gets you moving (and was also on his unreleased Broken Images on YouTube) to the upbeat rocker Paradise to the lounge/jazzy masterpiece Room Full of Cards. (His vocals on Room are astounding!) These songs are each different and yet cohesive. This guy is going to blow up in a big way and I'm so grateful to follow his journey.

As a fan of Scarypoolparty aka Alejandro Aranda, I have come to learn that you should always expect the unexpected. This musical genius never disappoints!! Los Angeles is a diverse collection of incredibly produced, insanely dope songs that you’ll want to listen to over and over again!! I absolutely love it!!

Scarypoolparty is a creative force in the music industry. His genre-blurring songs in addition to his ability to write, sing, create, produce, arrange, and compose music puts him above many artists currently out there, not to mention his ability to shred both the guitar and piano. This EP is simply amazing. The 4 songs on the album are vastly different in genres but blend so beautifully together into one album. The stories he tells in his songwriting are stunning and evokes raw emotion, especially “Room Full of Cards.” Listen to this album and enjoy the ride. Like his other albums, this one does not disappoint!

Everything Scarypoolparty does musically is so insane, so unique, so skilled, and always such a surprise! There’s no limits to what this guy can do. The four songs in this EP are so different but they all encompass the same thing, his genuine emotion and artistry coming through in every song. His vocals in these songs are the best I’ve ever heard him sound, he’s growing so much as a vocalist and it’s awesome to hear. He’s the most all around talented artist out there today. Dare you not to cry over Room Full of Cards.
