You want culture. Here it is. Miami University's Steel Drum Band is not only one of the best in the nation but it is one of the best groups of performers that I ahve ever seen. As a student here at Miami I feel that it is only appropriate to mention how talented these young musicians are. Kudoes to their amazingly talented director Chris Tanner! If you are interested in learning more and seeing Miami University Steel Drum Band (or an orchesta as the accomplisted steel panist Jeff Narell said) perform just make a trip to Oxford, Ohio, can't make the trip...MOST DEFINATLY buy this CD!

CT and the MUSB crew have made yet another stellar record. This is surely one of the greatest steel bands in the country and should not be missed! I have been a fan of the Miami University (Ohio) band for a number of years now and have truly appreciated listening to them evolve into this talented, skilled and diverse ensemble.
