All reviews that were here before I, say it all! This is such a great record. So when is somebody gonna pony up and put the godly "The Church Within" up as a download? The self-titled "purple album" needs to be on here as well. Come on Sony, grow a pair and re-release this or let somebody do it...Anywho Lunar Womb is worth having!

WINO HAS GOT TO BE ONE OF THE MOST UNDERATED MUSICIANS EVER. ALL HE DOES IS WRITE PLAY AND SING GREAT SONGS. I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF KONWING HIM AND TALKING WITH HIM AT SEVERAL CONCERTS HERE IN VA. AS FAR BACK AS THE LATE 70`S. SO MANY SONGS AND BANDS, JUST SIT BACK AND ENJOY THEM ALL. A VERY GOOD SELECTION ON THIS PARTICULAR ALBUM. FAV IS BROTHER BLUE STEEL. I THINK WINO`S BEST WORK WAS ALSO WHEN HE WAS IN THE OBSESSED, THE CHURCH WITHIN. YOU DECIDE
  • Yep, I'm pleased.

Amazing. Greatly underapreciated is their song 'Spew.' No vocals, but satisfying. A must-buy.
  • Great Find

This is one of the best Wino has put out. It ranks with his work with Spirit Caravan. Deep, fast, droning, thoughtful, dark and inspired: this has it all.
  • Doom Metal at its best!

These guys are awesome. One of the best albums I've heard since Candlemass' self-titled album last year. The mood is heavy and is definitley headbanger material. Some key tracks are " Brother Blue Steel", "Hiding Mask", and "Back to Zero". A must but for anyone into bands like High on Fire, The Sword and even Pentagram.
