    I've always loved the Replacements from the 80s, but felt this album by Beach Slang is hard to hear the lyrics sometimes. Too bad. I was really looking forward to it.

    I enjoyed the album the first listen through, but I felt as if I couldn't hear the vocals sometimes and other times I felt they were a bit lackluster. Also, I know there are some songs in the album that I will never listen to more than 1-3 times, just from boredom or lack of musicality during the particular song. These are the reasons I gave it a 3/5, and I would have done more of a 3.5/5 if it would let me. Great album IMO and it deserves much more love. Thank guys! Look forward to hearing more!
