It deserved its win at the oscars. Phenomenal soundtrack.

Without this score, Joaquin’s reaction to it, and the scenes it inspired... the movie wouldn’t be the same. Haunting, minimal, and otherworldly. No one could have captured the tragedy of Arthur Fleck like this composer, (who’s name I won’t mangle).
The movie is to me an the product of Todd, Joaquin, and the composer inspiring each other. It’s like they’re improvising jazz, while everyone else in Hollywood is sticking to the script. Uncompromisingly stark, beautiful, and devastating, this soundtrack is well worth the time. As is the film.

The music fits the movie PERFECT. I’m happy she won the Oscar for this

I am shocked this masterpiece of a film did not win an Oscar. Did you watch parasite? Go watch it so you can see what a ridiculous film to win an Oscar for Best Movie... The only contestant to Joker was Once upon a time in Hollywood, 1917 and Ford vsFerrari
- Highly overrated like the film itself

Overall, has a couple nice tracks but as a whole it’s not Oscar winning material.

This music left me in tears. The beauty portrayed in the movie is aided by the music. I wish this was what all music was like: beautiful.
