I bought the album but only got a biography of the pianist.

Twenty six at the time, she still hadn’t hit her peak, but how can this be topped. Her Rachmaninov piece, is light and lilting. Having listened to Rachmaninov playing this piece himself, it seemed heavy in his hands, as brilliant as he was. Wang brought out harmonies and motifs not apparent from other pianists. I was not familiar with the Prokofiev piece, but wow! Perfection too from Gustavo Dudamel and Venezuelan Simon Bolivar Orch.
